Position Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area (Hyrbid)
Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer

Position Overview

As Senior Account Manager for our Transfer Agent division, you will serve as a key relationship manager for our most important issuer and investor clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the full client lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing account maintenance—ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, timely processing of transactions, and delivery of exceptional service.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, compliance, and product teams, helping drive client satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and support new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Serve as primary point of contact for a portfolio of issuer and investor accounts.

    • Build strong, long-term client relationships and proactively address client needs and concerns.

  • Transfer Agent Operations:

    • Oversee the processing of investor transactions (e.g., transfers, issuances, cancellations, capital calls, distributions).

    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in transaction processing and recordkeeping in accordance with SEC and other regulatory requirements.

  • Onboarding & Training:

    • Lead client onboarding, KYC/AML reviews, and support clients in adopting our systems and best practices.

  • Compliance Support:

    • Partner with compliance to ensure all client activities and communications meet regulatory standards.

    • Assist with audits and regulatory filings as needed.

  • Issue Resolution:

    • Investigate and resolve complex account or transaction issues with professionalism and urgency.

  • Account Growth:

    • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing relationships through additional services or product offerings.

  • Reporting & Documentation:

    • Prepare and review reports, statements, and other client deliverables.

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM and transfer agent platforms.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in account management or client service, ideally in financial services, securities, or transfer agency.

  • Deep understanding of transfer agent operations, securities processing, and regulatory compliance (SEC, FINRA, etc.).

  • Proven track record managing complex client relationships.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Experience with transfer agent software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
